World War 2 Maps
« Thread started on: Jul 22nd, 2003, 4:34pm » |

Me and Mana came up with a great idea (that has been done before but now we make our own maps) to reconstruct World War Battles.
These battles will be historicly correct and they represent the most famous and important battles in WW2. They will have a cool storyline and some settings and objectives to follow.
These maps are very amuzing to play, especially when you do it correct according to history. We hope you guys will enjoy the maps...

I'm working on three right now people, I'm leaning off from the Europe battles a bit, and heading towards the Jappanese front.
Expect one by tommorow.

Expect to see battle with Musselini as Italian front too. Also, I'm gonna do the Raid on St Nazaire in France and Pearl Harbor in America...

First we planned on doing seperate battles each. I will continue on th european front and perhaps one in america, and he will move on to Japanese battles.
Once that's finished, we'll design two 'Final Battles' near Japan and Europe togheter...

Seeing that Europe was the main battlefield and seeing that Germany was the source of the problem, it's most-likely that people know more about it.
Anyhow, I'm glad ManaLord knows the Japan battles well, then I can concentrate on Europe...

Technically, Europe wen't into fighting second, and lost first. Japan had started its imperialism a few years before HItler rose to power, and they continued opposing american forces several months after the Nazi's surrendered.
Some of you need to brush up on your history skills. Some of you live in Europe, so, you probably only learned about it.
